How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, every Moon Magic purchase includes a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
